MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) -A free expungement clinic was held Saturday afternoon at New Salem Baptist Church, giving eligible Shelby County residents the opportunity to clear non-violent criminal records.
The event marked the 32nd Erase and Elevate Free Expungement Clinic.
