MEMPHIS, Tenn. — One week after massive potholes damaged her vehicle, a Memphis woman says she is getting the runaround on who’s responsible for covering the cost of repair.
Torya Williams, a Memphis driver, said the damage left her with a hefty bill at the mechanic’s shop.
Williams told WREG she reached out to the City of Memphis, TDOT, and even MLGW to find out who will foot the bill, but she has not gotten that answer yet…
