MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An investigation is underway after a pedestrian was fatally hit by a truck Monday night on I-40 near Germantown Parkway, the Memphis Police Department (MPD) said Tuesday morning.
According to officers, they responded to the accident around 10:55 p.m.
Investigators say they determined that a Ford F-150 was traveling eastbound on I-40 when it struck a pedestrian.
