Proving you can never have too much of a good thing, a popular Alabama-based chain is bringing even more delicious barbecue to Memphis-area diners. Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q is currently constructing a new home in Olive Branch, its second location in the region, reports Commercial Appeal.
The restaurant will be making its Mississippi debut at 8401 McGregor Crossing. The brand-new building will be a neighbor to a Lowe’s and a Guthrie’s. An opening timeline for Jim ‘N Nick’s inaugural DeSoto County location is not yet available, however construction is progressing steadily. Jim ‘N Nick’s served up its first plate of barbecue in Alabama in 1985. The chain has expanded to 61 locations, though only one of those storefronts is in the greater Memphis area-a restaurant located in Cordova.
