Gun on social media leads to 60-month sentence for gang leader ‘Moo Slime’

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A known gang leader with a history of gun violence will spend 60 months in federal prison after being indicted for possessing a firearm as a felon.

Memphis Police say that, over the past five years, Cordney Campbell, also known as “Moo Slime,” has been listed in eight separate reports involving firearms.

They said Campbell has been identified as an Aggravated Assault Prolific Offender — an MPD initiative that allows investigators to focus on the most violent criminals responsible for gun violence.
