Former Memphis realtor indicted on new theft charge

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A former realtor has been arrested again on a new theft charge.

According to documents, former realtor Joshua Spotts was indicted on a new charge of theft of property valued between $60,000 and $250,000.
