MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman was charged Saturday with Felony Evading Arrest after a chase ended in a crash in Tipton County, according to Munford Police.
Katherine Sanchez, of Millington, was also charged with Reckless Endangerment, Driving While License Suspended, Suspended Registration, Financial Responsibility, Speeding, and driving with an Open Container.
On Feb. 28, at around 10 p.m., an officer attempted to stop a gold Mercury Grand Marquis near Dacus and Vermont for speeding and a suspended registration.
Police said the driver refused to stop and fled the scene, and led officers on a 20-minute chase through Tipton County.
