MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Nearly three months after a Beale Street performer was gunned down in Soulsville, a second suspect has been charged in his death.
Takyah Moffit is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting that killed Twon Todd late last year. Two of the three suspects are now in custody.
