NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A legal fight over the deployment of the Tennessee National Guard to Memphis is headed to the Tennessee Court of Appeals Thursday, where judges are set to hear the state’s appeal.
A Davidson County judge previously ruled against the deployment, and the state is now appealing that decision.
