Man faces 10 years in federal prison for stolen Water Piks

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis man who pleaded guilty to stealing a tractor-trailer full of Water Pik toothbrushes and selling them on eBay could be sentenced to 10 years in federal prison.

Gregory Luss, 44, pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of being in possession of stolen goods from an interstate shipment, U.S. Attorney D. Michael Dunavant said Friday.
