MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police are investigating after a woman claims an Uber Eats driver who delivered an order to her house over the weekend drove away with her one-year-old emotional support dog, King.
Police were called to a home on Fuller Road in the airport area Saturday morning, and photos of the missing 13 lb. male, black Shih Tzu have been shared on Facebook.
According to police, the victim ordered some alcohol from Kings Liquor Store via the Uber Eats app. At around 10 a.m., the driver, listed only by his first name on the app, delivered the order.
Zenobia Savage stated that when she went outside to retrieve her order, her dog King followed her out the door.
