Bond hearing waived for woman accused in Memphis pastor’s death

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The woman accused of fatally shooting Memphis pastor Ricky Floyd last year had her bond hearing waived Friday morning.

Samantha Marion, 42, is facing a charge of voluntary manslaughter in connection with the incident. Marion’s attorney, John Keith Perry, said the two were involved in an argument over religion before the shooting.

Marion had been out on a $100,000 bond, which at one point the state requested to be increased…
