MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A crash investigation is underway after a one-vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler on I-40 near Watkins Wednesday morning, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT).
According to TDOT’s cameras, it shows traffic is heavily backed up due to the crash.
