MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The founder of a popular Memphis wing restaurant, who was indicted on tax fraud and theft charges, will reportedly avoid jail time.
According to Shelby County court records, Wing Guru founder Billy Richmond, Jr., was sentenced to eight years of probation after reportedly entering a no-contest plea on Thursday.
Richmond was indicted on charges of theft of property greater than $250,000 and falsification of state revenue/taxes on March 6, 2025. He was taken into custody several weeks later…
