Teen charged after expulsion led to ‘violent outburst’ outside private school

COVINGTON, Tenn. (WMC) – A 16-year-old boy is charged with threatening mass violence on a school after learning he was expelled, according to the Covington Police Department.

CPD says the former student is currently in Shelby County custody until his court date later this week.
