HORN LAKE – The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 79-year-old man from Horn Lake.
Authorities identified the man as William Leon Decker. He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
