SOUTHAVEN, Miss. (WMC) – Southaven Police said a missing-person report has turned into a death investigation after human remains were found inside an apartment on South Park Circle.
Police said officers were called to an apartment complex on South Park Circle around 9:35 p.m. Tuesday for a welfare check after a man reported he had not seen his sister since January. Investigators said the woman was unable to care for herself.
