MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis Police arrested a man accused of shooting a mother who was trying to recover her daughter’s stolen car in Hickory Hill, court records show.
Officers responded to the 6200 block of Mt. Moriah Extended, where they found a woman shot multiple times in both legs. Court records show the woman’s daughter was also there.
