Collierville to appeal judge’s approval of new Chick-fil-A

COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. (WMC) – The Collierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted to appeal a recent judge’s ruling that would allow the construction of a new Chick-fil-A.

The board voted Monday. Each alderman supported the decision to appeal, while Mayor Maureen Fraser voted no.
