MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Neighbors are complaining about a home covered in trash that is spilling into nearby yards on Bowen Avenue, off Stratford Road, in Berclair.
Trash was visible in the street, in the yard, and on the porch.
A neighbor who began picking up items around the house said others are using the property as a dumping ground.
“If someone is walking down the street, they’ll throw their trash with the rest of the trash. Or if someone else’s trash can is full, instead of leaving their bag with their own trash, they’ll just toss it into our yard. It just keeps getting worse and worse,” Cortez Holt said…
