MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The iconic venue space within Minglewood Plaza in Midtown Memphis is now listed for sale.
The current asking price for Minglewood Hall at 1555 Madison Avenue is $3.5 million, according to its market listing on crexi.com.
It’s been on the market since early January.
The Nashville investment firm Adventurous Journeys Capital bought Minglewood Hall for $4 million back in 2021…
