Man charged in Downtown shooting that wounded 14-year-old

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 19-year-old has been charged with attempted murder in connection with the shooting that occurred downtown.

Roneze Livingston, 19, was charged with attempted second-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, contributing to the delinquency of a child, possession of marijuana, and evading arrest.

On Mar. 20 at around 11:15 p.m., Memphis Police officers responded to a shooting at BB King and Peabody Place, where a juvenile was struck.

Officers said they heard what sounded like several gunshots and saw a large crowd running in all directions…
