MONDAY: A chilly start to the week with lows in the 40s Monday morning; don’t be surprised to see a few light patches of frost heading out the door – mainly east of Memphis. Bright sunshine will allow for highs to run near normal in the upper 60s and lower 70s.
TUESDAY: Warming begins with southerly winds returning through the course of the day. Expect mostly to partly sunny skies with highs in the lower 70s with pleasant and dry conditions.
EXTENDED PERIOD: The warming trend continues through Friday with highs climbing toward the upper 70s and lower 80s. Expect seasonably warm temperatures – and a continued dry setup through Friday. The pattern shifts over the weekend as a cold front approaches. Rain chances increase Saturday and Sunday as moisture returns. A few spotty storms are possible; though, more hours than not will stay quiet. Highs remain in the lower to middle 80s Saturday and Sunday. A cool down will come by way of a mid-week front next week with our next best chance for rain…
