MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – MATA bus riders voiced their concerns Monday, hoping their complaints are heard and action is taken to improve the city’s transit system.
The Memphis Bus Riders Union and Citizens for Better Service hosted the Truth and Listening Forum. MATA and elected leaders were invited to attend.
