MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The City of Memphis has announced preparations for next month’s RiverBeat Music Festival start Monday and will close off Riverside Drive to drivers in downtown Memphis.
In a news release, the city said this is to help crews set up for the music festival that’s taking place at Tom Lee Park from May 1-3.
