NEEDHAM, Ark. (KAIT) – A West Memphis man was arrested Monday in connection with a fatal shooting in Craighead County over the weekend.
Deputies with the Craighead County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shots-fired call at 1:32 a.m. April 5 in the 6800 block of Highway 18.
Assistant Chief Jason Allen said when deputies arrived, they found 42-year-old Courtney Mullins lying in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.
Crews began administering life-saving measures on the victim before an ambulance took Mullins to a local hospital where he later died…
