MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A Memphis man is facing federal charges after refusing to stop, causing a 10-car pileup, and fighting with a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper.
Calvin Crutcher is facing a federal charge of assaulting an officer in addition to charges sustained during the arrest.
