Lakeland doctor accused of $9K Medicaid fraud while traveling

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Lakeland, Tennessee doctor is accused of billing his patients over $9,000 while traveling, according to the Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin.

On April 1, Roger D. Morgan was arrested on a charge of Medicaid Fraud, a Class B felony.

According to Griffin, Morgan allegedly billed Medicaid $9,150.00 for psychotherapy services he claimed to have provided to multiple patients while he was traveling and not physically present with the patients.
