Alishon Torres appeared in court on murder charge

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Alishon Torres, the 18-year-old woman accused of shooting 58-year-old Noe Santillan Rincon and leaving him in the street after a young relative alleged the man touched her inappropriately, appeared back in court for a preliminary hearing Friday morning.

Torres is charged with first-degree murder, employing a firearm in the commission of a felony, and tampering with evidence.

Torres’ attorney questioned several authorities who worked the case. A female Memphis Police officer who located the victim testified first while patrolling.
