MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The suspect accused of causing a 10-car pileup and leading a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper on a chase that left them both injured is now facing federal charges.
Federal court documents state that Calvin Crutcher Jr. is being detained before a federal trial related to a March 25 incident on Interstate 240.
