The Olive Branch Police Department said officers attended a 4-year-old’s birthday party Saturday after the child asked to “be the police.”
In a social media post, the department said it received an invitation to celebrate William Maxwell’s 4th birthday and that “William gave us a call and said he wanted to be the police for his birthday, so we made it happen!”
The post identified Officer Jacob Maxwell as William’s father and said the department tries “to make sure our people are taken care of.”…
