MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Video obtained from a viewer shows a man being detained after his car crashed into an apartment complex building with kids inside in Whitehaven early Thursday morning, according to the Memphis Police Department.
Officers say they responded to the scene in the 1300 block of Turkey Run Lane around 4:50 a.m.
