MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Rainbow PUSH Coalition Memphis and City Councilwoman Pearl Walker will host a Celebration of Life and Legacy on Saturday, April 18, honoring civil rights leaders and ongoing advocacy work.
The event was announced Tuesday at Memphis City Hall and will recognize the Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, the Rev. Samuel Billy Kyles, and members of PUSH continuing efforts in justice and equality.
