MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A man has been arrested after the Tennessee Highway Patrol said he was driving down the wrong way at high speeds with no lights on.
Deangelo Sharp has been charged with evading arrest in a vehicle, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, light law (no headlights on), speeding, due care and financial responsibility.
