MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A vigil is being held for a man shot and killed by law enforcement at a Frayser fast food restaurant.
Darrin Pigram was fatally shot at the Burger King in Frayser one week ago today.
The DEA says agents were serving an arrest warrant when Pigram reached for a gun in his waistband, and a DEA agent shot him.
