MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department has arrested and charged a gas station clerk accused of charging a customer’s card.
The suspect, Tommy Godwin, was booked into jail on May 17 after being accused of theft at the Circle K gas station on Kirby Road.
According to the affidavit, the victim, a customer, entered the gas station and paid for several items with her debit card.
