New playbook aims to connect Shelby County youth with resources

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – More than 27,000 teens and young adults in Shelby County will be out of school and out of work in the coming days.

Years ago, that number was 45,000, prompting an organization, the Collective Blueprint, to launch a new playbook to help nonprofits connect young people with resources.
