MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 16-year-old has been charged after a child was shot to death in Raleigh on Sunday morning.
Memphis Police officers responded to the Luxe at Raleigh Apartments off Raleigh Millington Road at around 9 a.m. According to the police, officers found a child who had been shot.
