MESA (AZFamily) — Court documents are revealing new details about a shooting inside a Target store in the East Valley Sunday night that left a man with critical injuries.
Police arrested 21-year-old Dylan Stinson on Monday, who is facing multiple counts of aggravated assault and one count of discharging a firearm within city limits.
According to court documents, witnesses told investigators that Stinson and another man—who has not been identified—were near the store’s restroom area when the shooting happened.
The victim was shot in the torso and was transported with life-threatening injuries. He has not been able to talk to investigators as he recovers from multiple surgeries…
