Authorities issued a SAFE Alert on Friday for a missing 25-year-old Scottsdale man who is nonverbal and has a cognitive disability.
Michael Kaupanger was last seen about 8 p.m. Thursday in the area of Scottsdale Road and Sutton Drive, just south Thunderbird Road near Scottsdale Airport.
