PV has announced a new wave of tenants coming to the $2-billion mixed-use redevelopment in Phoenix, continuing momentum for the large-scale transformation of the former Paradise Valley Mall site. The latest additions span dining, wellness, entertainment and retail, with several businesses expected to open between late 2026 and 2027.
Among the newly announced PV tenants is lululemon, which is expected to open this summer. The athletic apparel retailer will occupy nearly 5,000 square feet at the development and joins a growing mix of fitness, lifestyle and wellness-focused businesses planned for the property.
Additional dining concepts coming to PV include Culinary Gangster, a Scottsdale-based restaurant known for burgers, sandwiches, wraps, quinoa bowls and breakfast offerings. The family-owned business currently operates locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix, with its PV location expected to debut in 2027.
