PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Two people are in the hospital after they were hit by an impaired driver near a Phoenix apartment complex Friday night, police said.
It happened near the Acclaim Apartment Homes at 25th Avenue and Dunlap Avenue around 9:15 p.m.
