GILBERT, Ariz. (KNXV) – A pair of pregnant sisters from Arizona joked for months that their babies might arrive on the same day, but everyone was shocked when it actually happened.
Sisters Kayla Strickland and Rylee Rumsey gave birth to their sons within hours of each other last Sunday at the same hospital. What’s more, the babies weighed exactly the same amount: 8 pounds, 6 ounces.
“Never did we think we would be, let alone pregnant at the same time, but then give birth on the same day within the same couple hours,” Strickland said.
