General manager accused of stealing $40,000 from her Black Canyon City business

A woman was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stealing $40,000 from the Black Canyon City business for which she was the general manager.

Detectives concluded there was $34,497.61 in cash that was unaccounted for, as other unauthorized transactions brought the total to more than $40,000, according to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO).
