A THIRD person has staked a claim to a $12.8million lottery jackpot as an already-bizarre battle over the winning ticket grows even messier.
A Circle K worker now argues she deserves a share because she signed the back of the ticket allegedly bought by her manager after the winning numbers had already been drawn.
