Phoenix is rolling out two new programs this summer aimed at residents who’ve lost federal safety-net benefits—and one that could move dozens of people out of homelessness and into stable housing.
Both initiatives are part of the city’s FY 2026-27 General Fund budget supplementals, which take effect July 1.
Master leasing for people exiting homelessness
