PHOENIX – Phoenix police are investigating a late-night, chain-reaction crash after a suspected impaired driver struck another vehicle before slamming into a Phoenix hospice facility early Saturday morning.

Officers responded to the scene near 16th Street and Flower Street around 2 a.m. on Aug. 22 following reports of a vehicle crashing into a building.
