That two-word sentence was the most used phrase the Queen Creek Town Council heard during a nearly two-hour Sept. 2 presentation of high-level water usage and finance details behind an impending water resource fee the town will initiate in January.
Basically, that fee will be added to monthly water bills to primarily pay for Queen Creek’s purchase of 1.7 million acre-feet of water from the Harquahala Basin, which is expected to supply the town’s water needs for 100 years…
