Sept. 7 is Labor Day, and plenty of people are using the day off to shop, run errands or spend time with family. Most businesses are open, and retailers are offering sales to close out the summer. However, some locations have reduced hours, and not every holiday deal is worth your money.
What’s open on Labor Day?
Most major retailers are open today, including Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot and Kohl’s. Most grocery stores, including Fry’s and Trader Joe’s, are also open. Some Aldi and Whole Foods locations may have limited hours. CVS stores and pharmacies are generally open, but hours may vary. Walgreens stores are also open, but most Walgreens pharmacies are closed, except for some 24-hour and select locations. Most restaurants, shopping malls and movie theaters are open.
