PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A person of interest is in custody following a disturbing discovery in central Phoenix Wednesday afternoon.
Shortly after 6:30 p.m., first responders were called to the area of 10th Street and Devonshire Avenue, just north of Indian School Road.
